Meet Our Team

For the past 20 years, I have had the honor of working in healthcare and caring for people with different needs. From working with adults with disabilities to critical care in a trauma level one hospital, I have always been passionate about helping people. I attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, obtaining my Bachelor of Science, specializing in Nuclear Medicine and Chemistry. After having three children, I transitioned out of the hospital setting and into home healthcare so that I could be with my children during the day. As I got to know my clients better, I realized how critical it was for clients to remain in their homes.

Seeing friends and family keeping their daily routines, pets, and possessions was critical to their mental well-being. Then, recently, this concept hit home for me as I watched my grandmother deteriorate quickly as she entered an assisted living facility. I knew then that I had to do something more. Jenn and I got to talking and realized we needed to create a company to help people thrive in their homes despite any physical or mental challenges. Thus, we created “Attentive Homecare.”

I am a devoted wife, mother of five children, and grandmother, and I am committed to the health and well-being of my loved ones. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and have successfully managed my businesses over the past 15 years.

I have cared for aging relatives and recognize the difficulties that arise as life offers changes in what are supposed to be the golden years. One of the most significant challenges is maintaining one’s schedule, lifestyle, and the proper feeling of sufficiency and satisfaction of maintaining independence within the familiar comfort of one’s home.
